I blend Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy with neuroscience-backed techniques to create practical sessions that help you untangle overwhelm, quiet the mental noise, and build tools that actually stick.

A Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bristol and online across the UK. I help busy, overwhelmed minds feel calmer, clearer and more in control using practical, neuroscience-informed hypnotherapy.

Please note, In-person block bookings are £430.

Block bookings include a small saving and can be a great way to stay consistent and build momentum. Everyone’s journey is different though, so booking a block doesn’t guarantee a specific result by session six. Many clients work with me for around 14 sessions, and some choose to continue for longer based on their goals.
