Well, rest assured, what we do is nothing like the stage hypnotism you may have seen. So I won't be making you cluck like a chicken or bark like a dog!
In hypnotherapy, the hypnosis we use is relaxation-based. Imagine your brain entering a trance-like state, similar to when you're driving a familiar route or engrossed in a good book or TV show. It's completely safe, and you remain fully aware of your surroundings. At most, you might nod off!

I find that most of my clients benefit from 6 to 14 sessions, each lasting 50-60 minutes, although this may vary based on why you came to see me.
Sessions are scheduled weekly until we reach a natural conclusion. Your comfort and pace are my priority throughout, so we can continue working together for as long as you feel is necessary.
When you're ready to conclude our sessions, I'll be here to support you every step of the way!

I charge by the hour as a set fee, regardless of what you'd like support with. I find that this is the fairest way to support you. This puts you firmly in the drivers seat of your experience and means you can have as many sessions as you choose. Only you know how you're feeling!

After you've had your FREE initial consultation, you'll be able to arrange your weekly sessions directly with me.
To secure your session, payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Once you request to book a session slot, I will send you a secure payment link through Monzo Bank & Stripe, offering multiple payment methods. Upon request, you can also block book and pay for multiple sessions.Your booking(s) will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the full session fee. For further details, please refer to my Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy attached to your booking email. -
Online hypnotherapy is just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Many clients find it more convenient since they don’t have to travel. You can attend from anywhere—whether at work, on a trip, or from the comfort of your home. This is especially helpful if you're unwell or anxious about meeting in person. Being in your own space can help you feel safe and more open during our sessions.
